About Us

Fairways Miami started with a rainy Father’s Day in June 2025.

When bad weather forced a change to our annual golf outing, a visit to a golf simulator turned into an unexpected discovery. Playing iconic courses like Pinehurst No. 2 and St. Andrews Links Old Course indoors was fun, accessible, and immersive, but we realized something was missing. Many simulator venues felt more like upscale sports bars that also offered golf, rather than spaces designed primarily around the game itself.

So we decided to create one.

Fairways Miami was designed as a golfer first indoor club, a place to practice, play, compete, and relax with others who share a passion for golf. Conveniently located just off the Palmetto Expressway and Bird Road, our facility combines professional grade TrackMan simulator bays with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

Members can train, play rounds with friends, join leagues and tournaments, or unwind while watching golf and sports together. With professional instruction available and 24 hour access, FAIRWAYS MIAMI gives golfers the freedom to play on their own schedule.

More than a simulator venue, FAIRWAYS MIAMI is a community built by golfers, for golfers.

We intentionally limit membership to make sure our existing members can consistently enjoy the space without overcrowding. We actively track usage and participation to keep membership levels aligned with availability.

Yes, access to the lounge is reserved for members. The only non-members permitted are guests who are accompanied by an active member.

Members must be at least 18 years old. Minors are welcome when accompanied by an adult member, who must remain with them at all times while in the facility.

We're always open—24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

All guests must be accompanied by an active member during their visit. Up to 3 guests are welcome.

Yes. As a private club, members may bring their own food and drinks. Please keep all food and beverages away from the hitting mats, as they are costly to maintain. Be sure to clean up after yourself -- this is your space too.

Walk-ins are allowed; however, scheduled reservations always take priority. To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly recommend reserving your tee time in advance.

Each member may hold up to two active reservations at a time. New bookings can be made once a reservation is completed or canceled. Each booking may be scheduled for a maximum duration of two hours.

Yes, each member and guest will need to sign a waiver one time. This is a standard practice for private golf simulator clubs and recreational facilities. It always us to operate responsibly while keeping experience enjoyable and accessible for everyone.
